How to brew:
Take 3-5g tea leaves in teapot or gaiwan.
First pour: 100-110ml boiling water (100°C), immediately discard
Second pour: 100-110 ml boiling water, steep 20 seconds slowly increase steeping time between intervals
Subsequent pours: Add 5-10 seconds per infusion
Note:
Tea to water ratio: 1:40 (adjustable)
Leaves yield 6+ infusions
