【Brewing method】Take 3-5g of tea leaves in a teapot or a gaiwan set, pour 150-200ml of boiling water over leaves and discard to moisturize the tea, and then pour boiling water to brew tea, wait for 30-40 seconds after which tea is ready to be drank. Extend the brewing time by 10 seconds in each subsequent brew

Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. The amount of tea poured is 3–5g for a more mild  taste, and 5-8g has a strong taste. You can adjust the amount of tea and the brewing time according to personal preferences.

This version of lapsang souchong black tea is different from the regular black tea because it is roasted with pinewood it has a smokey flavor added to it. When drinking it is good with milk and sugar. For long term consumption it can help with weight loss and improvement in stomach regulation.
